EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
If for any reason the customer is not satisfied with their purchase, DOF offers the possibility of returning the items for exchange or refund within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.
The products to be returned must not have been worn, used, damaged and must still have all original tags and security seals intact.
RETURN CONDITIONS
To send one or more returns to the DOF, the customer is required to respect specific conditions:
- The customer must fill in the appropriate Return Form which can be downloaded from the following link (insert link) and send it to returns@drawingonthefridge.com
- The return must be addressed to: SAM GG srl - Via Don Peppino Brusadelli 41, 22100, Como (CO) - Italy.
- Shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
- DOF reserves the right to request photographic evidence before authorizing the return.
- The items must necessarily be returned in the same conditions in which they were sent to the customer and must be packaged and packaged appropriately.
- The items must not have been worn, washed or altered and must not show any signs of use.
- The shoes must be returned in the original box, which is an integral part of the product, with the soles in perfect condition without showing signs of any kind.
- The security thread present on the items being returned must not be cut or broken and the product must be equipped with all original tags and any dust bags.
- Returns must be shipped inside the DOF box. In the absence of our box, another suitable packaging can be used for shipping the items.
- In the event that the customer receives goods with manufacturing defects, he is invited to contact them immediately customerservice@drawingonthefridge.com DOF reserves the right to request photographic evidence before authorizing the return and to bear the shipping costs for returning the goods.
- In the case of products purchased and sent as gifts, the return can be exercised exclusively by the customer and in no case by the recipient of the gift.
- Returns of underwear and swimwear items will not be accepted.
All returned items will be inspected by our staff. In the event of failure to comply with one of the above conditions, DOF reserves the right not to accept the returned goods and to send them back to the customer at the latter's expense.
REIMBURSEMENT
If the return procedure has been carried out correctly, in compliance with all conditions, the customer will receive an email confirming acceptance of the return.
Please note that the refund is only issued for the amount of the items, shipping costs are always paid by the customer.
For orders paid by credit card the refunded amount will be available to customers in approximately 10 working days . The timing of the credit may vary based on the banking circuit of the credit card used.
For orders paid with Paypal the amount will be returned to the original account.
Customs charges and sales taxes are not refundable for orders placed outside the EU.
The refund will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase.
