Shipping

All orders duly filled and paid for will be processed within two working days. All shipments depart from DOF from Monday to Friday, from 9.00 to 17.30. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be handled the following Tuesday.

DOF ships all over the world using the DHL EXPRESS service.
We do not ship to post office boxes.
All our products are carefully packaged. Together with the goods shipped, DOF will include the invoice in the package indicating in detail the prices and discounts applied.

SHIPPING COST
Below are the shipping costs expected for each geographical area:

• Italy €10 - Free shipping on orders over €250.
• ​European Union €25
• Switzerland €25
• United Kingdom €25
• Asia €35
• ​Africa €35
• America €40
• Oceania €40

DOF is covered in all shipments by free insurance against theft and/or accidental damage. The insurance remains valid until the moment of delivery of the goods.

DELIVERY TIME
The delivery time of products via DHL is as follows:

• Italy | 24 - 48 hours
• Islands | 48 - 72 hours
• Other destinations | 48 - 72 hours

All orders are delivered by courier from 9am to 5pm, from Monday to Friday. The recipient's signature "for receipt" is required at the time of delivery.

TRACEABILITY
When the order is entrusted to the courier, customers receive a notification email from DHL specifying the tracking number.
It is possible to monitor the status of the shipment through this link by entering the tracking number in the appropriate "Track your shipment" area.

DELIVERY CONDITIONS
Any problems with delivery must be reported promptly to our Customer Service.

If the customer refuses to deliver the goods, any shipping costs necessary for returning the package to DOF will be deducted from the refund due to the customer.
If for any reason the shipment is not delivered to the address provided by the customer at the time of purchase, the package will be returned to DOF at the customer's expense.

We recommend checking the goods upon delivery and verifying that the quantity of products delivered corresponds to what was ordered and that the packaging is intact, undamaged or otherwise altered. Any anomalies must be noted in writing on the courier's delivery note.

SHIPPING WORLDWIDE

Shipments can be of type DDP (Delivery Duty Pay) or DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid), depending on the shipping address.

DDP (Delivery Duty Pay) shipments are made to EU countries (Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal , United Kingdom, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and Hungary) where VAT/TVA is already calculated and included in the purchase price.

DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) shipping is for non-EU or non-Schengen countries, not subject to the payment of VAT/TVA on the purchase price.
